Roll Former LLC is an OEM for roll forming machinery since 1978. We are part of the Tennsmith Family with over 250 years of experience in the metal forming industry.

The sales manager will sell roll forming machinery to new and existing accounts. Performs sales function for a targeted market. As Sales manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers’ businesses and recommending the most suitable machines and solutions to meet their specific needs. Your ability to grasp the intricacies of our customers’ operations and provide tailored recommendations will be essential in driving sales success and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives -Support outside sales reps
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure competitive advantage

Qualifications

  • Education/Training: B.S. Degree in Business Management or other related field
  • Three to five years related experience in a manufacturing environment a must
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role
  • Solid understanding of machinery sales
  • Solid understanding of the metal roofing industries a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • This position will be combination of Base salary and commission.

We are searching for an experienced CNC Machinist Programmer with a strong machining background to join our team. Our reputation for excellent customer service and quality products is built on our team’s integrity, determination, and expertise.

Essential Functions

  • Performs Programming, set-up and operates CNC Lathes
  • Programming through CAM software (master cam / Fusion 360)
  • Operates a variety of machines when needed
  • Reads blueprints and gages
  • Works with tight tolerances
  • Knowledge of GD&T
  • Ability to perform set-ups for long- and short-term production
  • Ability to analyze job orders, blueprints, specification, and design data to calculate dimension, tool selection and machine speed
  • Work with more complex tooling
  • Provides assistance to co-workers as needed, in the spirit of teamwork, with the goal of meeting or exceeding customer requirements
  • Supports and promotes a team environment
  • Overtime is worked on a normal basis to accommodate customer demands
  • All other duties as assigned by a supervisor

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2+ years CNC Programming Experience
  • Must be able to program with Mastercam or Fusion 360
