5V Crimp Panel with Hydraulic Drive and Shear

Although originally an agricultural panel, 5V crimp is now a popular residential panel. Mount it in your shop or make it portable and take it to the jobsite.

The 5V machine features a hydraulic drive and front hydraulic scissors shear, adjustable panel width capability 14″ to 28″. The “traditional size” 5V Panel is feeding the machine 27 1/2″ coil stock, giving you a 26″ wide finished panel with 24″ coverage with the overlap.

The Digital Controller is optional but highly recommended for fully automatic operation.

Our Nail Strip Panel Machine, or NSP, is the perfect panel for the residential market. It snaps together and requires no clips or seaming. It works great with an inexpensive 28 gauge. material. The additional advantage of no external fastener makes this profile unbeatable.

The NSP – 1” profile was originally made popular in the Pacific Northwest part of the US. This panel is a very attractive residential panel that lends itself to the ease of installation – no seaming, no roof clips needed. Lay it down and screw it to the deck while snapping one panel over the other! It is also ideal for Lumber Yards and Suppliers to sell this panel to local roofing contractors and homeowners who desire a metal roof but without the need of seaming and the roof clips.

This machine comes complete with a hydraulic drive and front hydraulic scissors shear, a Digital Controller for fully automatic operation, adjustable panel width capability of 12” to 20”, nail strip slotting die stage with 3/16” wide by ¾” long slots every 2” O.C. The “material use” on this profile is 5 ¼”.

SLP-175 Self-Locking Panel Former with Hydraulic Drive and Shear

SLP – 175 Machine produces one of the most popular commercial metal roof panels in the industry, the 1 ¾” Snap Lock Panel.

The SLP-175 is an adjustable width machine for 12″ to 20″ panels with a 6″ “material use”. Complete with electric – hydraulic drive and front hydraulic scissors shear and a single batch Digital Controller for fully automatic operation. This machine has the option for Stiffening or Striation Ribs.

The machine is powered with a 5 HP 220 Volt 1 or 3 Phase power unit for 22 – 24 gauge Painted Steel – .032″ Painted Aluminum capacity.

SS20-A 2 Inch Armco Type Panel with Hydraulic Drive and Shear

The SS20A – 2″ Roof Panel is one of the most used Commercial Panels in the Metal Construction Industry.

This machine is complete with hydraulic drive and front hydraulic scissors shear, stiffening and striation ribs are included. The panel width is adjustable from 12” to 20”. It has 416 grade stainless steel forming rolls, 303 grade 1 ½” Ø stainless steel shafts with sealed bearings, and runs at 50 FPM speed. Striation Rib and Stiffening Rib Flat (2) are on separate stages. The Power requirement is 5 HP 220 Volt 5 GPM 1 Phase or 3 Phase.

Snap Lock seams are also available.

The VS-150 machine is equipped with hydraulic drive and front hydraulic scissors shear, 110 volt – 1 phase power, 40 FPM speed. It produces the 1″ and 1 1/2″ Standing Seam profile and “U-Panels in the base model machine, adjustable width panels of 9″ to 24”.

The VS-150 is also a “Multi-Profile” capable piece of machinery forming 7 different profiles in total. From Snap Lock styles to true Board and Batten and Bermuda Roof profiles. The versatility is built into the design of the machine but most importantly the changeover time is anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour. You can purchase these optional dies at anytime!
