Power Seamers

The SSX Seamer is designed to “double lock” a 1″ and 1 ½” mechanical lock standing seam panel in 26 – 24 ga. Steel, 12 – 20 oz. Copper and .032″ Aluminum. It is complete with our front mounted auto/safety switch for effective and safe operation. Our seamers produce perfect seams on all materials from 12 oz. Copper to 24 gauge Kynar finished Galvanize/Galvalume at 30 fpm – without damage to the material. They can also seam NTM, Knudson, ESE and Schlebach profiles.

The SSX will form a complete double lock standing seam with a single pass. Our exclusive nose switch cuts the unit off if it comes to the edge of the roof, eliminating expensive and time-consuming accidents. The SSX Seamer Case will protect your seamer investment. Single Lock and Double Lock Hand Tools are also available for either starting a seam when necessary or finishing it off in tight areas.

This seamer is designed for the 22 ga—steel and .040″ Aluminum applications – 1″ and 1 ½” standing seam. It has heavy gauge engineering and is also designed with Optional Slitting Knives to remove a damaged panel or an old standing seam roof, which can be very labor intensive.
