PCM Panel Curving Machine (U-Panel and SS10 Cap)

The PCM–Panel Curver Machine comes with electric-gearbox drive at 110 volt, 1 phase. It is designed to curve straight vertical leg “U-panels” up to a 7/8″ high leg, convex or concave.

It has adjustable panel width capability 10″ to 24″. It also curves our SS10 – 1″ Snap Cap convex or concave.

SS-10 1 Inch Snap Cap Machine

The SS10-1″ Snap Cap Machine will form a 2-9/16″ coil stock into the 1″ snap on cap. Powered by a 110 volt, 1 phase electric – complete with hydraulic power and rear manual profile shear.

Couple the SS10 with our PCM Panel Curver machine for the perfect system for fascia and mansard applications.

BC-15 Snap On Batten Cap Former with Hydraulic Drive and Manual Rear Shear

BC-15 is a 1 ½” x 1 ½” Batten Cap M machine with hydraulic drive and manual rear profile shear. Comes with 416 grade stainless steel forming rolls, 303 grade 1 ¼” Ø stainless steel shafts with sealed bearings, 40 FPM speed.

Powered by an electric-hydraulic 2 HP 110 Volt 1 Phase, and a #40 Chain & Sprocket / Spur gear drive, the BC-15 will form 26 – 24 ga. painted steel, .032″ painted aluminum, and 16 – 20 oz. copper.

CBSC-15 Combined Batten and Snap Cap Former

CBSC – 15 – Combination (side by side) Dual Cap Machine – produces the 1” SS10 Cap & the 1 ½” x 1 ½” BC15 Cap with hydraulic drive and manual rear profile shear, 416 grade stainless steel forming rolls, 303 grade 1 ¼” Ø stainless steel shafts with sealed bearings, 40 FPM speed.
