CBSC-15 Combined Batten and Snap Cap Former

CBSC – 15 – Combination (side by side) Dual Cap Machine – produces the 1” SS10 Cap & the 1 ½” x 1 ½” BC15 Cap with hydraulic drive and manual rear profile shear, 416 grade stainless steel forming rolls, 303 grade 1 ¼” Ø stainless steel shafts with sealed bearings, 40 FPM speed.

Powered by an electric-hydraulic 2 HP 110 Volt 1 Phase, and a #40 Chain & Sprocket / Spur gear drive, the CBSC-15 will form 26 – 24 ga. painted steel, .032″ painted aluminum, and 16 – 20 oz. copper.
