SSX-HD Heavy Duty Standing Seam Seamer (180°) with Limit Switch

Our seamers produce perfect seams on all materials from Copper to Kynar finished Galvanize/Galvalume steel at 30 fpm – without damage to the material. They can also seam NTM, Knudson, ESE, and Schlebach profiles.

The SSX Heavy Duty Seamer will form a complete double lock standing seam with a single pass. Our exclusive nose switch cuts the unit off if it comes to the edge of the roof, eliminating expensive and time-consuming accidents.

This seamer is designed for the 22 ga—steel and .040″ Aluminum applications – 1″ and 1 ½” standing seam. It has heavy gauge engineering and is also designed with Optional Slitting Knives to remove a damaged panel or an old standing seam roof, which can be very labor intensive.
